Do you offer delivery for exotic pets?
Yes! We provide a dedicated Reptile Courier service for safe and secure livestock delivery across the UK.
Can I visit your store in person?
Absolutely. We’re open Thursday–Saturday from 10am–6pm and Sunday from 12pm–6pm. Monday–Wednesday visits are available by appointment.
Do you sell live food and supplies?
Yes, we stock a full range of live food, supplements, enclosures, heating, lighting, and décor. Live food is delivered every Thursday.
Do you offer pet boarding?
We do! Our boarding service ensures your exotic pets are well cared for while you’re away.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery within Aberdeen City on orders over £10 every Friday evening.
What types of animals do you sell?
We specialise in reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Our stock includes snakes, lizards, frogs, spiders, and more.
